• The bonus offer is accessible to both new and current clients exclusively registered with Bold Prime.
• Clients may claim 50% Bonus with a minimum deposit of $50 into the MT4 and/or MT5 Prime Bonus account.
• The bonus is only claimable through the MT4 and MT5 Prime Bonus accounts. Any deposit made into other account types is not eligible for this bonus.
• The bonus will be deposited into the client’s trading account as a credit, subject to the terms of this offer.
• The bonus credit supports floating and margin.
• Clients retain the option to cancel a deposit bonus at any time. Once the deposit bonus is cancelled, reinstatement of the bonus is not permissible.
• The maximum leverage allowable for this bonus is 1:1000.
• Each client is entitled to claim a maximum bonus of 1,500 USD from 24 June to July 2024. Upon reaching this limit, no further bonus claims will be credited for additional deposits made by the client.
• The bonus amount credited to the client’s account will expire and be deducted 30 days after the date of the initial bonus credit.
• The Stop Out level is set at 30%, triggering a Margin Call at 50% of the margin level.
• Scalping activities must meet a minimum duration requirement of 300 seconds.
• If a client performs any withdrawal or internal transfer from a Prime Bonus account, the withdrawal or internal transfer amount shall be deducted from the bonus as a ‘Bonus Out’ transaction. Nevertheless, the remaining bonus shall remain in the client’s account.

• To be eligible for bonus withdrawals, the client must satisfy the following criteria:
  (a) The client is required to deposit a minimum of 1000 USD into the Prime Bonus account.
   (b) Only a one-time deposit of 1000 USD is allowed. Cumulative deposits will not be considered for bonus withdrawal.
  (c) The client must reach a minimum Trading Volume of 0.25 of the Deposit amounts.   (e.g. 250 lots for each 1000 USD deposit). The Trading Volume shall be calculated from forex currencies and metals only and from the trades for 5 minutes.
• The Company holds no responsibility for any stop-losses or stop-outs incurred by the Client due to Bonus removal.
• This bonus cannot be combined or stacked with any other promotions or bonuses, as per the terms and conditions.
• The bonus is not applicable to internal transfer deposits or deposits originating from contests/promotions, etc.
• Expert Advisors (EAs) are permissible given that the EAs comply with all Company policies.
• In the event of suspected fraud, abuse, or manipulation of this bonus policy by the client, the Company reserves the right to rectify trading calculations and retract or remove the provided bonus funds.
• If any client causes financial harm or damage by hedging positions with other brokers while utilizing our bonus, the Company reserves the right to review and modify trading calculations accordingly.
• The Company retains the right to modify or delete trade orders and may choose to discontinue services to a customer, returning the deposit amount to its discretion.
• If the Company suspects or has reason to believe that a client has violated the terms and conditions of this Bonus promotion by internally hedging positions (utilizing other trading accounts within the Company) or externally (utilizing trading accounts held with other brokers), the Company reserves the right, without the Client’s consent, to immediately withdraw the Bonus amount from the Client’s trading account(s).
• Bold Prime retains the right to reject bonus requests from any client without any justification.
• Clients who are onboarded via Bold Prime (Mauritius) are not eligible for the Bonus.
• The 2024 Midyear Bonus Campaign Terms and Conditions is provided in addition to the Client Agreement and Terms & Conditions of Bold Prime. Clients are expected to adhere to the company policies.
• Any scenario not explicitly outlined in these rules shall be subject to the Company’s discretion.
• The Company reserves the rights on all matters concerning the Bonus promotion. All decisions are final and non-disputable.
