Halloween Bonus Terms & Conditions:

  1. Bonus is available for new and existing clients of Bold Prime.
  2. Promotion runs from 01.12.2023 until 10.12.2023
  3. The minimum deposit required to apply for a Halloween Bonus is $33 for 33% bonus and $77 for 77% bonus.
  1. This offer is applicable only to the Bonus Account. Only one account is allowed per client.
  2. The maximum Halloween bonus amount per customer is $2000.
  3. This bonus is tradable and losable, and can be withdrawn.
  4. The bonus shall be added into your trading account as a credit.
  5. From the moment of receiving Halloween bonus, it has an expiry within 30 days. Bold Prime will remove the remaining bonus amount after 30 days.
  6. Stop Out level is 30%. Margin Call is at 50% of margin level, but for cTrader, Margin Call is at 100% of margin level.
  7. It is advised to claim a bonus right after your deposit is credited to your trading account. Bonus should be requested during 2 business days from the confirmation of the deposit transaction.
  8. This bonus cannot be used in combination with any other bonuses.
  9. The bonus cannot be added after the internal transfer deposits and to deposits from contests/promotions etc.
  10. Bold Prime reserves the right to reject the bonus request from any client without explaining the reasons.
  11. If the customer performs any withdrawal out of a Bonus account, then removal of all the bonus amount will take place.
  12. Clients are required to deposit at least $1000 to be eligible for bonus withdrawals.
  13. Clients are allowed to withdraw the Bonus if they meet the required threshold of Trade lots, which is only 0.25 times of the Deposit amount (250 lots for each 1000$ of deposit) Trading volume will be calculated from FX currencies and metals only and from the trades with duration from 3 minutes.
  14. Expert Advisors (EAs) are allowed, however they should comply with Company policies.
  15. In the event of any fraud, suspected abuse or manipulation of this bonus policy by client, the Company reserves the right to correct the trading calculation and withdraw/remove the provided bonus funds.
  16. In case any of the clients will cause any financial harm/damage by hedging the positions with other brokers at the time of using our bonus, the Company has the right to review and adjust the trading calculations.
  17. Halloween Bonus Terms and Conditions provided in addition to the Client Agreement and Terms & Conditions of Bold Prime. Please make sure to comply with our company policies.
  18. Company has a right to adjust and delete the trade orders as well as refuse to continue providing services to the customer by returning the body of the deposit at any time.
  19. If the Company suspects or has reason to believe that a Client has abused the terms and conditions of this Bonus promotion by hedging his positions internally (using other trading accounts with Company) or externally (using other trading accounts held with other brokers), then the Company reserves the right, without the Client's consent, to withdraw immediately the Bonus amount from the Client's trading account(s).
  20. In the event that any stop-losses or stop-outs are incurred by Client as a result of Bonus removal, the Company will not be held liable.
  21. A client can cancel a deposit bonus at any time. Once the deposit bonus is cancelled, it can't be reinstated.
  22. Clients who are onboarded via Bold Prime (Mauritius) are not eligible for the Bonus.
  23. Any situation not described in these rules shall be subject to the Company's decision.
  24. Company reserves the rights on all matters concerning the Bonus promotion. All decisions are final and non-disputable. Any situation not described in these rules shall be subject to the Company's decision.
